Globetrotters has developed, rehabilitated, and managed both market rate and affordable residential housing properties since 1983. We have strong capabilities in leasing, tenant relations, and emergency response, as well as substantial knowledge of HUD regulations and compliance with low income housing tax credit (LIHTC), Section 8, and Class 9 requirements for affordable housing.
