Globetrotters® provides a full range of functional and sustainable life cycle services from initial planning, design and construction; to commissioning, operation, and maintenance; to recycling, remodeling, and renewal.
Globetrotters Engineering Corporation (GEC) is a full-service architecture, engineering, and construction management firm founded in 1974. Providing services to both private and public sector clients, GEC’s services include architecture; mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, transportation, telecommunications, and fiber optic engineering; construction management; facility management; property management; program management; and information technology services.
Globetrotters International, Inc. (GII) is a property management firm founded in 1997. GII’s services include residential property management; facility operations and maintenance; custodial management; parking management; concessions management; facility inspections; real estate acquisition, development and brokerage; and information technology solutions, including credit card processing services.
