Gregory A. Boltz has over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management including positions as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer. His areas of expertise include audit, financial management, operations, accounting, cost containment, strategic planning, budgeting, technology conversions, and sales and marketing.
Mr. Boltz’s responsibilities include managing field audit staff and audits performed by external independent auditors and agencies. He oversees negotiation, execution, and monitoring of contracts, and ensures compliance with all contractual obligations. In addition, Mr. Boltz has served as a Program Manager for several projects including the 25th Avenue Grade Separation in the Villages of Bellwood and Melrose Park, the 4th highest priority of 25 CREATE (Chicago Region Environmental and Transportation Efficiency) projects designed to improve railroad efficiency in northeastern Illinois.
