Among the governmental financing programs for which Globetrotters has provided A/E design services are HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program, HUD’s Section 223(f) Mortgage Insurance Program, the Low-Income-Housing-Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program regulated by the IRS and administered by the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA), and the Cook County Assessor’s Class 9 Real Estate Tax Incentive Program.

In addition, Globetrotters has over 30 years of experience in the management of privately owned apartment complexes, which have included LIHTC, Section 8, and market rate properties. Globetrotters has maintained high occupancy rates and successful resident relations.
