Founded in 1974, Globetrotters Engineering Corporation (GEC) is a multi-faceted corporation organized today to provide clients with professional architectural, engineering, information technology and facility management services. Our clientele includes private sector enterprises as well as federal, state, and local governments.

Globetrotters began by providing civil, structural and transportation engineering services. These core professional services continue to be an integral part of our infrastructure engineering business, which includes planning, design and construction phase engineering for highways, bridges, airports, site improvements, utilities, drainage, and parking.

Globetrotters added mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and structural engineering to become the full service engineering firm it is today. Architecture services were added to Globetrotters professional services, when GEC Design Group was founded as a stand alone in-house design studio.

Globetrotters International was established to provide the expanding client needs for property management facility operations and manitenance services.

In 1992, Globetrotters established an Information Technology Group. The IT Group provides direction in management and technological consulting services for the seamless integration of communication and computer technology for business, industry, and governmental agencies.

The multi-discipline services we maintain in-house are integrated, combining the depth of our experience with innovative technologies to meet our client’s needs. Our founders’ vision provides each client with value added services necessary to fully execute each project.
