Founded in 1974, Globetrotters Engineering Corporation (GEC) is a multi-faceted corporation organized to provide clients with full professional architectural, engineering, information technology and facility management services. Our clientele includes private sector enterprises as well as federal, state, and local governments.

Globetrotters began by providing civil, structural and transportation engineering services. These core professional services continue to be an integral part of our infrastructure engineering business, which includes planning, design and construction phase engineering for highways, bridges, airports, site improvements, utilities, drainage, and parking.

Globetrotters gradually expanded its professional services to include program, construction and energy management; property and facility operation and maintenance; and information technology services. To support the engineering disciplines, Globetrotters also developed a thriving architectural studio - GEC Design Group.

Globetrotters Facility, Property, Program and Energy Management and Development Division, has been providing professional solutions for facility and systems planning, programming, design, construction, operation, maintenance and development since 1993. Globetrotters draws upon a staff of 160 professionals to provide management, administrative, and technical services necessary for facility operation and maintenance.

In 1992, Globetrotters established an Information Technology Group. The IT Group provides experienced direction in management and technological consulting services for the seamless integration of communication and computer technology for business, industry, and governmental agencies.

The multi-discipline services we maintain in-house are truly integrated, combining the depth of our experience with innovative technologies to meet our client’s needs. Our founders’ vision provides each client with services necessary to fully execute each project.
