Throughout its history Globetrotters has been a partner or consultant in teams providing management and development services for public and private clients. Globetrotters International (GI) was created when our client base requested we perform property and facility management as a logical extension of our core design services. It also performs as our management arm for larger programs.

Globetrotters' Facility Management Group (FMG) is the division of Globetrotters International that manages facilities; supervises operations and maintenance; and provides systems and property consulting. FMG has over 30 million square feet in its portfolio.
