This certification from the Chicago Department of Aviation recognizes our outstanding leadership in pursuit of sustainability within the aviation industry. As the designer on this project, Globetrotters was lauded for our sourcing of project materials from local and regional sources; our use of sustainable temporary construction materials including rapidly renewable and recycled content; and our overall use of post-consumer and post-industrial recycled materials in the project.
We were also honored to receive a Special Achievement Award for this project from the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Illinois.
