This company isn’t just about engineering, but giving back to the community, too. We support the Chicago Public Schools and we have a strong internship program with the University of Illinois Engineering and Law Schools. If there is an opportunity to hire back an intern post-graduation, we will, and often do.

Because this is a mid-size company, you get pulled onto multiple projects. Here, you don’t get pigeonholed and you have an opportunity to work on so many different aspects of a project.

– Christine Watley, Civil Engineer

As a working mom, I find that this company is flexible about my time. Family means a lot here. They understand the double duty working parents have because they have families, too.

– Christine Watley, Civil Engineer

I love being part of building the infrastructure of my city. We are managing multiple, multi-million dollar projects and we pride ourselves on being problem solvers.

– Paul Gregoire, COO

Investing in our people and their careers is who we are and what every public sector company should be. Through our support of our employees’ professional development, we are also investing in the future.

– Ajay Shah, CEO

At larger organizations too often you’ll get siloed in, and get stuck in a narrow specialty. Working with Globetrotters, you get the advantage of working on many projects, and still have the support of the team. It’s the best of both worlds. You’ll be exposed to all types of projects, and all aspects of engineering and architecture.

– Rebecca Burke, HR Director

One reason I’ve stayed more than two decades at Globetrotters is the variety of projects I get to work on for many different clients. It’s not just architecture, but also property management, project management, design-build renovations. Every day is something different.
