Rebecca Burke, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Rebecca joined Globetrotters in 2017 after more than 20 years as an HR professional in a variety of roles with technology enterprises. Rebecca holds professional certificates in project management and human resources, and specializes in the areas of compliance, compensation and benefits, recruiting and retention, employee relations and policy interpretation. 

Previously, Rebecca served in various HR management roles with large IT and infrastructure organizations. She also worked for two years as an HR manager with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory at CalTech. 

Rebecca earned a B.A. in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and holds professional certificates from Loyola University Chicago and DePaul University.   

A voracious reader of fiction and non-fiction, Rebecca also enjoys hiking and living close to one of the world’s greatest natural resources, Lake Michigan.
